We all share stories to capture attention and drive action, right?

Interestingly, there is a brand that has figured out how to win the attention battle every time.

Actually since 2021.

The gist: I’m talking about Duolingo, the language-learning app. Its secret weapon to win attention is our human propensity not to lose our daily streaks. In this case, learning a new language. It works. According to this WSJ article, more than 70% of Duolingo’s active users (or 30 million daily users) have weeklong daily streaks. The company’s current worth is $8.5 billion.
